Summary

This is an annual conference format gathering the cybersecurity leadership community in the Central Texas area (and from outside that area in a few cases) to discuss many relevant roles to improve the role, career, and success in the seat for any CISO.

​The Cyber Security Council (TCSC) is a private quarterly gathering of security-minded practitioners & leaders across various industries. TCSC seeks to simplify and optimize cybersecurity efficacy across the business landscape. It elevates cyber leadership and cyber best practices. The goal of the group is to share, learn, and cultivate awareness of best-of-breed cybersecurity tools and practices across our Austin-based community. Our slogan, "Assemble the Council!", encapsulates our commitment to making cybersecurity a team-effort.

​Eligibility to Attend

​Attendance criteria requires that you lead a team of security focused practitioners and people. Typically, this means eligibility to attend is extended primarily to CSO, CISO, vCISO, and Head of Security roles, or their equivalents. However, Director-level roles are also considered eligible at the discretion of TCSC. We expect 40-50 CISOs to attend this event.
